Baseball und Softball in Tübingen seit 1985 Was aus einem Schulprojekt 1985 entstand, ist ein Baseball- und Softballverein, der schon auf höchstem deutschen Niveau im Baseball und Softball gespielt hat und immer noch spielt. Die Hawks haben schon einige BaWü Auswahl- und Nationalspieler/innen ausgebildet und hervorgebracht. Wir haben Teams für jedes Niveau und jede Altersklasse, egal ob Bundesligakader oder nur zum Spaß, egal ob T-Ball (U8 Bereich) oder Softball Mixed (Freizeit Softball). Das Tübinger Baseballfeld ist seit 1992 Spielstätte der Tübingen Hawks. Das ehemalige Gelände der französischen Streitkräfte wurde mit sehr viel Eigenarbeit zum Baseballplatz umfunktioniert. In 2021 wurde auch noch ein neues Softballfeld errichtet. Auf unserem Gelände fanden schon diverse internationale und regionale Events statt, wie beispielsweise das Baseball-Länderspiel Deutschland gegen Australien in 2001 oder der Schüler-Länderpokal in 2009.
