She provides strategic leadership, overseeing the overall operations of the organization and ensuring alignment with WRAPA vision and mission. She plays a key role in advocacy efforts, policy engagement, and promoting partnerships to advance gender equity and social inclusion. As a key spokesperson for WRAPA, she represents the organization at high-level forums, drives activities to prevent violence against women and girls. Saudatu Mahdi MFR Secretary General Yemisi Nathaniel, as the Director of Programs at WRAPA, plays a critical leadership role in driving the organization’s mission to promote gender equity and social inclusion. She is responsible for overseeing the planning, implementation, and evaluation of WRAPA diverse activities, ensuring their alignment with strategic goals. Her role includes nurturing partnerships with stakeholders, managing program staff, securing funding, and designing impactful programs that address issues such as violence against women and girls, electoral inclusivity, and policy advocacy. Additionally, she ensures that WRAPA programs meet the highest standards of effectiveness and sustainability while empowering communities and advancing gender responsive policies. Yemisi Nathaniel Director of Programs An erudite lawyer with experience since her call to bar with a passion for working with women and supporting in counseling, mediation and arbitration processes. Kamila Farouk Senior Legal Officer Umma Rimi is the Senior Programmes Executive for Collaboration, Linkage, and Partnerships (CLAP) at WRAPA. In her role, she is responsible for developing and managing collaborations with key stakeholders, institutions, and partners to strengthen WRAPA activities and advance gender equity and social inclusion. She plays a central role in establishing strategic partnerships, building relationships, and coordinating efforts to maximize the impact of WRAPA programs. Additionally, she works closely with both internal and external partners to ensure that WRAPA goals align with those of its collaborators and identifies new opportunities for impactful collaboration. Umma Amadi Rimi Senior Programmes Executive for Collaboration, Linkage, and Partnerships (CLAP) Naimatullah Salihu is an Admin Officer at WRAPA, where she plays a key role in managing administrative tasks, coordinating office operations, and ensuring smooth organizational functioning. She supports the team by handling logistics, maintaining records, and contributing to the efficiency of WRAPA programs and activities. Naimatullah Salihu Executive Admin Officer Shafi’u Barde oversees the role of Director of Finance, Accounts, and Grants at WRAPA. He ensures the effective management of financial operations, maintaining transparency and accountability. His responsibilities include overseeing financial planning, budgeting, reporting, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and donor guidelines. Shafi’u Barde also supervises the management of grants, ensuring the preparation of proposals, financial monitoring, and reporting to donors and partners.
