2026 PRODUCTION REPORT This was a season for the record books and one which future seasons will be compaired too. Turns out it was one of the shortest years with a start date of March 1st and ending on April 1st. About a week shorter than a normal season. Due to the drought of last summer we did not get the normal quantity of sap, but what we did get was very sweet. Due to that we were able to make some nice light colored syrup and overall production was above average.  Bulk prices have come up a little which is good news for our drum sales.
