Domains in pending delete

These domains are in the EPP pending delete stage — the final step in the registration lifecycle, typically lasting about five days. After it ends, the registry purges the record and the name is released for anyone to register again.

The list below shows 2250 domains where our last RDAP check (in the past 7 days) returned the pending delete status and the name no longer resolves to a live website. Domains are ordered by how long ago we last confirmed the status — the ones at the top were observed earliest, so they are the closest to dropping. A domain near the top may have already been released without us re-observing it yet; the registry does not publish the exact drop time.

What does "pending delete" actually mean?

It is one of the standard EPP (Extensible Provisioning Protocol) statuses used by all gTLD registries. A domain enters pending delete when the redemption window expires without recovery. The registry holds the record in this state for a fixed period — five days for most generic TLDs — and then deletes it. After deletion the name is open for new registration.

indexo.dev does not sell back-orders. The list is provided for research and visibility.

How fresh is the data?

Each row is filtered to RDAP observations from the past 7 days. The "Last confirmed" column shows when we last fetched the registry record. Because pending-delete lasts only ~5 days, a confirmation older than that may mean the name has already dropped.

Why are some domains missing?

We only show domains we have crawled at least once. Country-code TLDs that do not publish RDAP (or rate-limit datacenter IPs heavily, like .uk) are under-represented.
